Managing Committee Structure

The Foundation is administered by a 7-member Managing Committee elected for a two-year term by the General Body.

Committee members serve a two-year term and may be re-elected. Vacancies are filled by nomination of the Managing Committee until the next general election.

Articles 9–14

Meetings & Decision-Making

Annual General Body Meeting

Held every June. The General Secretary presents the annual report, accounts, and future programme. All major decisions — amendments, elections, budgets — require a 2/3rd majority of General Body members.

General Body Meeting

Held every three months. The General Secretary submits a progress report and accounts at each session to ensure ongoing accountability to all members.

Executive Body Meeting

Held once a year on a date fixed by the General Secretary. Reviews operational matters and coordinates programme delivery across all welfare initiatives.

Special / Extra Ordinary Meeting

Convened when urgent matters arise, on requisition signed by a 2/3rd majority of members. Must be held within 15 days of receiving the requisition.

Financial Governance

Financial Year

1st July to 30th June each year, in accordance with Article 4 of the Foundation's constitution.

Bank Account

All funds are deposited with a scheduled bank. The account is operated under the joint signatures of the Foundation's authorised office bearers.

Sources of Funds

Admission fees, monthly subscriptions, voluntary donations, grants, aids, and special contributions for specific purposes — all from lawful sources only.

Annual Audit

Accounts are audited annually by a qualified Chartered Accountant. The verified audit report is submitted to the Provincial Assistant Registrar, Joint Stock Companies, Sindh. Failure to submit results in a statutory penalty.

Zero Administrative Deductions

All operational costs — office, logistics, printing, and audit — are borne privately by the Executive Board. Every rupee of public donation goes directly to welfare activities.

No Profit Distribution

Foundation income is applied solely towards its welfare objectives. No dividend, bonus or profit is paid to any member, office bearer or promoter.
