2. Donations & Refunds

Donations are voluntary and generally non-refundable once disbursed to beneficiaries. If a contribution was made in error, please contact us within 7 days at info@warisalishah.org and we will review the request in good faith.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, including the Sindh Charities Act, 2019. Subject to Clause 6 below, the courts at Karachi, Sindh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

6. Dispute Resolution (Alternative Dispute Resolution)

Any dispute, difference, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, a donation, membership, or the use of this website shall first be resolved amicably through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the matter is not resolved within thirty (30) days of written notice, the parties agree to refer it to mediation, and failing an amicable settlement, to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual consent, conducted in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940 and any other applicable alternative dispute resolution laws of Pakistan. The seat and venue of mediation and arbitration shall be Karachi, Sindh, and the proceedings may be conducted in English or Urdu. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding on the parties.
